Altered Christmas Cards Workshop

Here's another sneak peek at an upcoming workshop scheduled for October 24 - Altered Christmas Cards. I'm sharing my stash of vintage holiday cards.

The hardest part will be selecting the three cards for your stamping, gluing and glittering! We'll have pom pom fringe, sequins, German glass glitter, Dresden gold snippets and way more for you to embellish each card. Attach hangers of pipe cleaners, ribbon or bendy metallic stuff, and you'll be leaving with three special decorations or gifts for giving. This workshop will be held at Bountiful Home in Edmonds. To register, please call Lisa at 425-330-5425.

I LOVE these and hope my schedule will allow for me to attend the workshop. One of my many collections is vintage x-mas cards so the workshop is perfection for someone like me. You two have such an endless supply of creativity.

Beth and Lisa,

This is just TOO weird! A month ago I went downstairs and started digging through my Christmas stuff to find the big bag of Christmas cards that I just won't throw away. About a week later I bought a 12 ounce jar of glitter... I vowed that as soon as I caught up with my paperwork, I was going to turn my dining room table into a project table and do something really creative with the glitter and cards. And now I see your blog! Great job -- I love it! Thanks for some really wonderful ideas!
