I'm sorry I didn't see this sooner. Sounds like fun. I doubt if you'll remember me. A year ago I attended my first and only class at the shop. It was a charm class. I hope this doesn't sound corny, but the class changed my life! I had been in a dark place following the loss of my Mom. I rarely left home and cut myself off from everyone. I read about the store on a blog and visited since I lived nearby. The store became my happy place, and the class left me elated and renewed from making somethings out of nothings. I went home that night so excited, hyped up and proud of what I had made. I came home talking a mile a minute. I caught my family looking at one another as if to say "What's gotten into her?" I miss the store and I miss the laughter that was always plentiful there. I need a fix! You never know what someone takes away from a simple class like that. I took away a new spirit. Thank you!

Hi Jeri,

I am truly touched by your email. I do remember you! You ended up spending most of that day with us. When the morning workshop was over, we could tell you were still going to town, so we encouraged you to stay and play for as long as it took.

Thank you so much for letting us know how much that day meant to you.

There's no need to be missing us, because even though the store part of Salvage Studio is no longer - we are all over the place! Lisa keeps our calendar updated on our website: www.thesalvagestudio.com.
We'd love to see you at one of our upcoming events at PS Stores, Seattle and Redmond locations, and at Ravenna Garden's store at U Village during November.

Plenty of laughs and kindred spirits show up with us!
